excel refresh

    The excel sheet gets locked when infocaptor is using the same in autorefresh or it is connected. If we want to refresh the excel sheet at an interval of 15 mins , how can we do this without disconnecting the same.

    Hi Malabika,
    Can you use MS Access as an alternate database to Excel? With Excel you will face the limitation of locking.

    When you make a change to your excel worksheet how do you get that information into you infocaptor report?

    The next time you open the dashboard or when you click on the refresh button it will fetch the new value from the Excel sheet
