<description>&#60;p&#62;the problem is with the date format string.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Can you perform the steps below&#60;br /&#62;
1. Open the dashboard&#60;br /&#62;
2. Right click on Date field title&#60;br /&#62;
3. Select Edit&#60;br /&#62;
4. Scroll to the Date Format property and replace it with this MM/dd/yyyy&#60;br /&#62;
(Note the dd and yyyy are in lower case. In java lowercase and uppercase signify different formats for date)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;5. Click apply&#60;br /&#62;
7. Click on Save&#60;br /&#62;
8. Close the dashboard and re-open it&#60;br /&#62;
9. Test the date selection if it is fixed.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am using info captor to create the dashboard date parameter. i changed the date form to MM/DD/YYYY but it gives wierd numbers when i select dates. Is this the correct format or bug
